As the primary organization that has advocated for Medicare for All through the years, Our Revolution will host this conversation and discuss next steps we can take (if any).

We had an attendee, Al-Israa University Vice President Dr. Ahmed Alhussaina, who shared his story of being in Gaza, experiencing bombings, not knowing what would happen to him post Oct 7 and how his university was used as a military base by Israel for 70 days. After they were done using the base, the Israeli army destroyed it. That is his reason for not voting for Harris and people concerned about Trump winning need to understand that perspective. Video of his interview with Chris Hedges Below.
The case was made that Biden can stop supplying weapons to Israel for the bombings and they would end.
We also had people express why it's important to vote Harris including bringing up the issue of abortion.
Green party members also joined to make their case.
A Ranked Choice Voting advocate joined to make the case that we don't need to have a binary choice. People can contacted Voter Choice NJ to get involved.
There were a few undecided voters there to listen to the discussion.
It was an important discussion to have and it's important to hear from people you don't agree with to understand how they are thinking.
